Buying Alligators:
We purchase alligators from customers who have been successful in the Florida Alligator Hunt lottery and have harvested an alligator and wish to sell the alligator to a processor.
We also purchase alligators from customers enrolled in Florida’s private lands alligator program as well as from state licensed nuisance alligator trappers.
Please be sure to bring your state issued alligator trapper’s license as well as your private lands permit or nuisance permit and any required harvest report forms with you to our facility.
Any alligator brought to our facility is required to have a CITES tag affixed within six inches of the tail and a copy of the required harvest permit allowing the individual to be in possession of the alligator.
We only accept legally harvested alligators at our facility. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We will assist you in filling out the required paperwork correctly. Your alligator is required to be iced down after harvest to maintain freshness prior to purchase.

Processing Public Water Hunts Alligators
We process alligators for customers who have been successful in the Florida Alligator Hunt lottery and have harvested an alligator and would like it processed for their individual consumption.
Your alligator is required to be iced down after harvest to maintain freshness.
Processing Meat and Skinning
Our facility is inspected and permitted through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and is HACCP compliant.
The cost of the processing of your alligator will depend on the desired use of your alligator.
Clients who plan on having their hide tanned for product (belly hide) such as boots, purse, belts, etc. and are having the head shoulder mounted will have their alligator skinned using one method
Belly Skin (product) 25.00 per foot
Clients who plan on having their hide used for a FULL body mount, RUG mount or HORNBACK skin will have their alligator skinned using a different method.
Full Body or Rug mount 30.00 per foot
Full Body/Rug over 10’ 40.00 per foot
Clients retain all desired meat.
If you’re sending your hide to a tannery to be tanned dyed and finished, we recommend Sebring Custom Tanning in Sebring Florida located at:

Prepping the hide for the tannery including pressure washing of the hide and salting the hide is an additional charge of $50.00 per hide.
We can arrange the transportation of your hide once prepped to Sebring if desired.
Processing Meat
Our meat is de-fatted, cubed twice and vacuum sealed for freshness.
ALL MEAT, HIDES, HEADS ETC. PROCESSED BY US TO BE PICKED UP BY THE CLIENT “MUST” BE REMOVED WITHIN A TWO-WEEK TIME PERIOD.
We have ice and cold storage available to our clients. Your alligator will need to be iced down and stored for 24 hours prior to processing. We also supply any ice for your coolers to pack your meat. We recommend clients bring a large ice cooler (60 qt. or bigger).
